These terms govern use of nextgenresearchlabs.com and the supply, storage and fulfillment of materials by Next Gen Research Labs LLC. Last updated: September 2026.
Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order with Next Gen Research Labs LLC (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are acting for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. Where a signed agreement between us and your organization (a supply, warehousing or fulfillment agreement) conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement governs.
Research Use Only
All materials supplied, stored or fulfilled by Next Gen Research Labs LLC are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research, scientific investigation and educational purposes. Materials are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic procedures, therapeutic applications or any clinical use unless expressly stated in writing by us. This restriction applies equally to materials we sell and to client-owned materials we store or ship on a client’s behalf.
Buyer qualification
By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- you are affiliated with a licensed research institution, accredited university, government laboratory or qualified commercial research organization, or you are a research supplier or distributor serving such organizations;
- materials will be used, or resold for use, exclusively for lawful research purposes in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations;
- you hold all licenses, permits and institutional approvals required for the purchase, handling, storage and use of the materials ordered; and
- the information you provide to us for verification is accurate and current.
We may request evidence of qualification at any time. We may decline, suspend or cancel any inquiry, order, account or shipment where qualification cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction, or where a requested use appears inconsistent with Section 2.
No medical or therapeutic claims
Next Gen Research Labs LLC makes no claim regarding the safety, efficacy or suitability of any material for medical, therapeutic or diagnostic use. Nothing on this website or in our documentation constitutes medical advice or an endorsement of any material for human or animal use.
Product information
Descriptions, categories and specifications on this website are provided for general information. Availability, specifications and the materials we source are subject to change without notice. The Certificate of Analysis provided with a lot is the authoritative documentation for that lot and governs over any other description.
Orders and quotations
Pricing is provided by written quotation only. No prices on this website, if any appear, constitute an offer. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Payment terms are stated on the quotation or invoice.
For materials we sell, title passes to you when the material is booked into stock against your order, unless the quotation or a signed agreement states otherwise. For client-owned inventory we store or fulfill, title remains with you at all times.
Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping, handling, damage reporting and returns are governed by our Shipping, Handling & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Unless the quotation or a signed agreement states otherwise, risk of loss passes to you when we deliver the shipment to the carrier. Damage or shortage must be reported within the window stated in that policy.
Warehousing and fulfillment services
Warehousing and fulfillment services are performed under a client agreement. Where we fulfill orders to a client’s customers, the client is responsible for qualifying those customers and for the accuracy of the order information it sends us. We may refuse to ship any order that appears inconsistent with Section 2 or with applicable law, and we will notify the client when we do.
Limitation of liability
Next Gen Research Labs LLC is not liable for any damages, losses or claims arising from the misuse, mishandling or improper storage of materials after delivery. You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage and disposal of all materials in accordance with the applicable safety data sheet and your institutional protocols.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order or service is limited to the price paid for the material, or the fees paid for the service, giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost research time, even if advised of their possibility.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Gen Research Labs LLC and its officers, employees and agents from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or from the use, resale or disposal of materials by you or by anyone who obtains them through you.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design elements, is the property of Next Gen Research Labs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without our written permission is prohibited. Client branding used in dropship fulfillment remains the property of the client.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Next Gen Research Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of this website will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.
Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this website with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or placement of an order after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
