01Scope

This policy applies to nextgenresearchlabs.com, to the inquiry and contact forms on it, and to information we collect while providing sourcing, warehousing and fulfillment services. It describes what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

02What we collect

Inquiry and contact information. What you enter in our forms or send us by email: name, title, organization, organization type, work email, phone, service of interest, materials of interest, estimated volume and notes.

Account and order information. Organization details and credentials provided for qualification; billing and shipping details; quotation, order, inventory, lot and shipment records; invoices and payment status; and our correspondence with you.

Dropship recipient information.For dropship clients, the names, shipping addresses and order details of the client’s customers, received from the client for the sole purpose of fulfilling and documenting those orders. We process this information on the client’s instruction.

Website data. Standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, used to operate and secure the site. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

03How we use information

We use the information above to:

• respond to inquiries and prepare quotations;
• verify that an organization qualifies to receive research materials;
• source, store, pick, pack, ship and document materials;
• keep lot and shipment records for traceability;
• invoice and collect payment;
• provide account support and communicate about orders and services;
• operate, secure and improve the website; and
• meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

We do not use personal information for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles.

04How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only as needed to do the work you have asked for, and only with:

• carriers, to deliver shipments;
• a payment processor, where you pay by card or bank transfer, which handles payment details under its own privacy policy;
• service providers that host our website, email and business systems, under confidentiality obligations;
• professional advisers, such as accountants and legal counsel; and
• courts, regulators and law enforcement, where required by law or to protect our rights.

Dropship recipient information is shared only with the carrier delivering the order. We do not use it for any purpose other than the client’s fulfillment.

05How long we keep information

Inquiry information that does not lead to an account is kept while we are in discussion with you and for a limited period afterward, then deleted.

Account, quotation, order, lot and shipment records are kept for the duration of our relationship and afterward for as long as required for traceability, tax and legal obligations.

Dropship recipient information is kept only as long as needed to complete and document the shipment and to handle any exception or claim, and is then deleted or returned in accordance with the client agreement.

06Security

We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to do their work. Connections to this website are encrypted. Records are held in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

07Your rights and choices

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. You may also ask us to stop contacting you. Send requests to admin@nextgenresearchlabs.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and within any period required by applicable law.

Residents of certain U.S. states have additional rights under state privacy law. If you believe such a law applies to you, say so in your request and we will respond accordingly.

08Cookies

This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function, such as those that protect forms and maintain a session. We do not set advertising cookies. Where you are directed to a third-party payment page, that provider sets its own cookies under its own policy. If we add analytics to this website in the future, we will update this section before doing so.

09Children

This website and our services are directed to research organizations and the professionals who work for them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted at this address with its “Last updated” date. Material changes will be noted on this page.
