Next Gen Research Labs LLC supplies research-grade compounds and reference materials to the scientific research community, and provides the warehousing and fulfillment behind them. We are based in the United States. We serve research suppliers and distributors, universities and academic laboratories, private and contract research laboratories, and biotech and pharmaceutical R&D teams.
We do not publish a price list. Every engagement begins with a written quotation to an organization we have verified. All materials are supplied for research use only.

Why we exist
Three handoffs, one responsible party
A research organization that needs materials typically manages three relationships: a supplier who sources, a warehouse that stores, and a shipper who fulfills. Each hands off to the next. When a lot is late, a count is wrong or a parcel arrives warm, each points to the other.
We exist to be the one party responsible for all three. The same lot record follows material from the supplier through our storage to the recipient. The same account contact answers for sourcing, inventory and shipping. When something goes wrong, there is one party to call, and it is us.

Documentation
A Certificate of Analysis ships with every lot. Lot records are kept for traceability from receipt to release.
Regulatory awareness
We follow the regulatory landscape for research materials and maintain the compliance documentation our work requires.
Cold chain
Temperature-sensitive materials are stored and shipped at the conditions they require, in packaging matched to the transit.
Custom synthesis through partners
Requests for materials outside our standard sourcing are handled through our network of synthesis partners and quoted individually.
Dedicated account support
Each account has a named representative for ordering, documentation and technical questions.

Qualification, quotation, onboarding

Qualification
You tell us who you are and what you need. We verify the organization and its research purpose before anything ships. Allow 1–2 business days.
Quotation
You receive a written quotation for the material or service requested: scope, pricing, documentation and lead time. Nothing is priced on this website.
Onboarding
For warehousing and fulfillment, we agree handling requirements, reporting cadence and order intake before the first unit arrives. For supply, we confirm the order and place it with the supplier.
Ongoing
A named account contact, scheduled reporting and a lot record for every unit.
We take on the work we can do to this standard. If a request falls outside what we do, we will say so.
