Certificate of Analysis
A COA on every lot
The Certificate of Analysis is the authoritative record for a lot. It ships with the material, not after it.
Every lot we supply is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis. The COA identifies the material, the lot number, the analytical methods applied, the specification and the results obtained. Where the COA and any other description differ, the COA governs.
For client-owned inventory held under 3PL Warehousing, the lot documentation you provide at receipt is recorded against the lot and travels with each release, so the recipient of a fulfilled order receives the same documentation you would have sent yourself.

Analytical Methods
HPLC and MS, with data on request
Lots are verified against their specification before release. Results appear on the COA. The underlying data is available to any client who asks.
Mass spectrometry
Identity confirmation by mass spectrometry. The result is reported on the COA. Spectra are available on request.
Specification check
Each lot is compared to the specification stated in the quotation. A lot that does not meet specification is not released.
Independent testing
Where a client requires analysis by an independent laboratory, it can be arranged and is quoted separately.
Traceability
Lot-level, from receipt to release
One lot record, kept from the day the material arrives to the day the last unit leaves.
Each lot is assigned a record at receipt: supplier, quantity, condition on arrival, documentation received and storage location. Every subsequent movement references that record: put-away, count, pick and release. Given a lot number, we can show where the material came from, how it was stored, and where each unit went.
Lot numbers appear on the container label, on the packing list and on the Certificate of Analysis, so the documentation in your file matches the unit on your shelf.

Storage and Handling
Cold chain where the material requires it
Temperature-sensitive materials are held and moved at the conditions they require, and the conditions are recorded.
Storage conditions
Ambient, refrigerated or frozen, as the material requires. Conditions are recorded for the period the material is in our care.
Handling
Temperature-sensitive materials are handled to minimize time out of condition during receipt, counting, picking and packing.
Shipping
Insulated packaging and refrigerant are matched to the material and the expected transit time. Every shipment carries a tracking number. Details are in our Shipping, Handling & Returns policy.

All materials supplied, stored or fulfilled by Next Gen Research Labs LLC are for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or animal use, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, and not for consumption of any kind. We make no claim of safety or efficacy for any purpose other than in vitro research. The Research Use Only statement is printed on the documentation that accompanies every shipment.
Account Qualification
Institutional verification before fulfillment
We supply qualified research organizations only. Verification happens before the first shipment, not after.
Before a first order ships, we verify the organization: its identity, its research purpose, and the credentials it holds for the materials requested. Allow 1–2 business days for review. We may ask for supporting documentation.
Dropship clients are responsible for qualifying their own customers under the client agreement. We may decline any shipment that does not meet the Research Use Only standard, whatever its source.
